At WOLVYX, we want every customer to feel confident and supported.

Because we sell hygiene-sensitive products (leak-proof underwear), our return policy follows strict health and safety regulations.


Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

 

 

1. Return Eligibility

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, due to hygiene regulations, the following rules apply:

1.1 Hygiene & Intimate Products (strict rule)

For health protection and hygiene reasons, underwear and leak-proof underwear cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unsealed, or damaged.


This includes:

  • Opened packaging

  • Broken hygiene seals

  • Underwear that has been tried on

  • Any item showing signs of handling or use

➡️ Opened underwear = strictly non-returnable. No exceptions.


1.2 Unopened Products

Only products that are:

 

  • 100% unopened

  • unused

  • sealed

  • in their original, intact packaging

are eligible for a return within the 14-day withdrawal period.


 

1.3 Incorrect or damaged products (WOLVYX mistake)

If you received:

 

  • the wrong item

  • a damaged item

  • a manufacturing defect

Email us within 7 days with

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

  • the packaging condition

We will replace or refund the product at no cost to you.

 

 

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return (unopened products only), email:

  • Your order number

  • A photo showing the unopened packaging and condition of the item


Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

 

 

 

3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Costs vary per country; contact your local carrier for the exact rate.


Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, WOLVYX will refund the product amount within 14 days.


Refunds apply to:

 

  • The product price

  • Excluding original shipping fees

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

 

 

5. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Opened underwear

  • Leak-proof underwear with broken seals

  • Items showing signs of wear or handling

  • Products returned without approval

  • Items sent outside the return window
